Auction
The process of buying or selling items through a bidding system. In Fundit’s case, the term ‘auction’ is used to describe the process of lenders bidding to provide a potential borrower with a home loan. While in an auction the item is usually sold to the highest bidder, with Fundit you can choose to select any bid.
