Refer a Friend - Prize Conditions
Eligible Referrals
Each person who:
- Is a New Zealand resident or citizen and at least 18 years of age;
- Is not currently, and has not previously been, a registered Fundit user
- In any month during the period of this competition registers as a Fundit user on www.fundit.co.nz and nominates an existing registered Fundit user as their referrer when registering; and
- Owns (wholly or partly) an interest in residential land or a home, or who intends to do so in the next 12 months
Eligible Prize Winners / Eligible Referrers
Each person who in any month occurring during the period 15 May 2009 to 31 October 2009 (or such later date to which this competition may be extended):
- is registered as a Fundit user; and
- who an Eligible Referral has nominated as their referrer when registering with Fundit,
will be automatically entered in the Prize Draw in the month following the date that Eligible Referral registers as a Fundit user (or in the case of the first draw, July 2009).
An Eligible Referrer will be entitled to one entry in a Prize Draw in respect of any month for each Eligible Referral made during that month (or period ending 30 April 2009 in the case of the first draw).
Only one person may be nominated as an Eligible Referrer in respect of each Eligible Referral.
Prize Draws
The prize in respect of each month will be a 16GB Apple iPhone (without any Vodafone/Telecom or other network contract) and will be drawn in a random prize draw on or about the 7th day of each of the months of June, July, August, September, October and November 2009 (unless extended).
The first Eligible Person drawn in each Prize Draw will be the winner.
Winners will be notified by email or phone and the Prize delivered to an address nominated by them.
Additional Conditions
Directors and employees of Fundit and their immediate families, are not eligible.
Fundit’s decision as to all matters, including Eligible Referrals, Eligible Referrers and the Prize winner shall be final and no correspondence will be entered into.
Only one Prize will be available in respect of each draw in respect of any month.
Each Eligible Referrer will have one chance in a monthly Prize Draw in respect of each Eligible Referral made by him or her in respect of that month.
The Prize may be redrawn in the event of any ineligible or invalid winning entry.
The winner in each month will be notified by email or phone and the name of the winner will be published on www.fundit.co.nz and may be used in any other publicity after notifying the winner – the winner may elect to not be identified on the Fundit website or in any other publicity, in which case the winner will no longer be eligible to receive the prize.
Fundit will not be liable in respect of any Prize damaged, lost or stolen in transit, or any late, lost, stolen or misdirected mail.
In the event of the occurrence of any event or circumstances beyond the reasonable control of Fundit adversely affecting its ability to conduct or participate in this competition, Fundit may cancel this competition and/or recommence it.
Fundit is the sole promoter of this Prize Draw.
New Zealand law applies.
