Fundit Lenders
Some of New Zealand's leading banks and finance companies provide home loans through Fundit.
Fundit is independent of any lender.
A lender who wins an auction pays Fundit a small one-off charge calculated as a percentage of your loan amount.. The charge is substantially less than the commissions lenders often pay to mortgage brokers. Fundit also has the ability to charge lenders a small fee to view applications made through Fundit.

As well as the bids on your auction made by participating lenders, you can check the published rates of most lenders in the home loan market. You're free to go with a non-participating lender if you find a better deal than you've been offered on Fundit.
However, you are not permitted to disclose any bids that you've received through Fundit to any lender for the purpose of getting a better deal outside of Fundit.
